Prior to founding Advanced Partners, she accumulated valuable knowledge while working with various ASX Listed companies, specialising in management accounting, turnaround strategies, and accounting technologies.

She also held a partnership position at a well-established boutique accounting firm in Melbourne, where she specialised in providing tax and business advisory services to high net-worth individuals and groups.
Ha’s diverse portfolio of clients has provided her with continuous learning opportunities, nurturing her commitment to consistently exceed client expectations. Renowned for her personable, caring, and proactive approach, Ha maintains strong client relationships while incorporating innovative and strategic methods to provide profound insights into their businesses. Ha actively engages with Australian professional bodies and institutions, contributing to the industry’s development. Ha serves as a member of the Victorian Public Practice Committee CPA Australia (Chair in 2022) and holds board positions in prominent not-for-profit organizations such as KOTO International, ASIF Foundation, and the Vietnamese Australian Scholars and Experts Association (VASEA).

Alex Tuan Le

Alex is a highly experienced IT manager with over 20 years in the industry.

Holding a Master of Science degree in Network Systems from Swinburne University and an MBA degree from Deakin University, he is well-versed in all aspects of IT, from business network systems to web development and design. Alex’s expertise extends to telecommunications, ERP systems, and emerging technologies, particularly cloud computing.

For the past 15 years, Alex has been providing innovative IT solutions to businesses under the banner of Cubiccom. At Advanced Partners, he not only showcases his technical wizardry but also oversees corporate services, where his meticulous attention to detail proves invaluable.

Beyond work, Alex finds joy in spending time with loved ones and friends. Live sound engineering has been a lifelong passion, and he brings his skills to bands of all sizes, leaving no show too small or too big. As a member of both Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Tax Adviser Australia (CTA), Monica’s professional tapestry is rich, featuring an impactful phase at the Vietnam Tax Office, managing tax advisory service, and pioneering multiple IT startups. She thrives on challenges, staying in sync with vital tech upgrades for SME operations. She treasures our teamwork spirit and takes pride in crafting engaging client narratives.

After-hours, Monica chills to eclectic beats and trades her suit for sports gear to dominate table tennis and badminton. A two-time soccer champ loves hiking to the infectious Blackpink beats. If there’s loud music after work, that’s Monica fueling her groove!

Mina Ngo

Meet Mina, the dynamic accountant who blossomed from a finance enthusiast to a corporate number-cruncher, and eventually found her true passion as a tax accountant.

Armed with a Bachelor of Business degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance, this wonder woman has conquered the world of numbers with her CPA qualification.

Mina’s journey started as a financial analyst, diving deep into the exciting world of financial data and market trends. But as much as she loved crunching numbers, Mina yearned for a more hands-on role. Mina transitioned to become a corporate accountant and took charge of budgets, payroll, and everything in between. Paul Hockridge is a highly experienced chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor, with more than 30 years of specialized tax advisory expertise.

He spent over two decades as a partner in both Big 4 and second-tier chartered accounting firms, as well as a multi-family office. Paul’s main focus is on assisting affluent families and private businesses, as well as the accounting and law firms that provide guidance to such clients. Additionally, he offers litigation support services.

In addition to his role in the private sector, Paul holds a position as a senior fellow in the Law School at the University of Melbourne, where he teaches in the Master’s program.

Sunny Gill

Cecilia Tran-Dang

Cecilia Trandang currently serves as the Managing Director at Cavalry Financial, a privately-owned financial consulting firm based in Melbourne.

Additionally, she holds the position of Head of South East Asia at Sanguine Investments. With an illustrious career in the finance industry spanning over two decades, Cecilia has garnered extensive experience and expertise.

Before her return to Melbourne in early 2019, she resided in Asia for 12 years, during which she held senior positions at various financial institutions, including Vice President at Deutsche Bank and Head of Business Banking at ANZ Vietnam.

Cecilia’s educational background is equally impressive, boasting a Master of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the Securities Institute of Australia, a Bachelor of Business from Monash University, and a Diploma in Finance Broking.

Cecilia was an AusCham Board Member and Treasurer between 2016-2019. In addition to her role at Cavalry Financial and Sanguine Investments, Cecilia also provides mortgage broking services and offers valuable financial insights to Advanced Partners ‘clients.
